Excellent Professional Service

On the 18th of March I requested a call back and an agent called me. I didn't get his name (I think Tshepo). The case number is 309 275 523. I would like to thank him for the excellent service. He was so eloquent in his response and helpful with the question I had. I had spoken to three other agents previously about the same issue and the was never at peace with the feedback. His assistance put a weight off my shoulders because he didn't only answer my question but went beyond by giving advise on what to do next and/or in future.

It is unfortunate that I didn't remember his name but I wish this message reaches him and his superiors so that he is encouraged to always speak to us, the laymen, in clear terms regarding Tax issues.
