Excellent Profesionalism from Loyiso at the Call Centre

<p>I have had teh need to phone SARS twice today.</p> <p>In both cases, I was assisted, but teh first person, who I won't name, was surly and abrupt.</p> <p>So, geared for more of the same, I phoned back now and got through to LOYISO - what an absolute pleasure! Friendly, polite, clearly spoken and helpful!</p> <p>If everyone in a service position was this helpful, teh world would be a better, happier place.</p> <p>Thanks Loyiso!</p>
