Maphefo Modiakgotla and her assistant SARS Edenvale, I got there at 14:45 - 18/09/2017. And they told me that they won't give me a ticket as they are closed for the day i should come back tomorrow at 7 am, I told them that I'm with in the operating hours and i dont understand why i should go back. Whilst on the que other people where still been given tickets to go in. So I asked for the management she told me that she is the manager hence she is telling me what I should do and that is coming back the next day.Her service is beyond poor. I had all the right documents because that was the 1st question they asked after that the lady who assisted me referred me to this Maphefo Lady who is skinny and had braded dreadlocks and told me to do it on line or come back the next day.

Operating hours is 7 am to 4pm if this has changed why are we not informed prior us driving all the way to Edenvale and taking off days from work to fix this , according to the "manager "they are controlled by the crowd so meaning even if I had arrived and 12pm and they had already reached their maximum capacity of crowd for the day then they can not assist me .

If I wanted to do this whole process on line I would but I wanted to go direct because it was my first time and wanted to understand the whole procedure and have questions answered emmediatly if I had any .I am really dissatisfied with this service and will take this further .
