Tax return filed 27 July and been getting the run around every single time! Then it's this document then it's that document and it's ALWAYS a 21 day waiting period. Literally an SMS saying a refund is due to me, efiling homepage says "no refund due" - some %$#@ is not doing their job. Statement of Account says refund due and aged over 90 days already. Do you know what the most aggravating part of it all is? There's absolutely f@#$% we can do about it! As with EVERYthing ran in this country, there's just NOTHING we can do about it. Who do I go to, to have my matter resolved and get the money that I worked me in my %$#@ for? But JUST you owe them a R5. I literally broke down, just wanting answers, that's it - but not a single person employed there knows *** they're doing. All a WASTE of employment. All a WASTE of damn oxygen!
