Error registering for efiling, admin penalty

I received a message that I owe R3990 because I did not submit my tax returns for 2024. I could not understand how because 2022/2023 I received a message that I do not need to submit my returns and I thought it applies to years to follow, I thought I'll receive a message if I need to submit. I tried calling SARS several times to try and resolve the issue as they are charging me penalty of R500 every month. I tried to log in to my efiling and it gave me an error that I do not have profile which I failed to understand how come because I know for a fact that before receiving a message that I do not need to submit, I used to submit my efiling via the Mobi app. I tried to register again and it gave me an error that I have to visit the branch, in order for me to visit the branch I have to make an appointment, they assisted in booking an appointment for me but my appointment is only in September. My question is what's gonna happen between now and September? Come September I'll be owing SARS more than what I owe now because they charge me penalty every month. Why did I not receive any message saying I owe this much so I'll be able to pay before it can be R4500 that I now owe ? Can't I be assisted in creating a profile and submit my returns instead of waiting for September? I can not afford to owe more than what h owe now as I have a lot of responsibility at home and ever cent counts I am pleading for assistance to creating an online profile to submit my returns
