eronous payment by SARS

In july I started my Return submission and the system said I owe SARS an amount of R 21 000 plus and I was surprised because all these years I have been receiving money, I resubmitted the system said I am owed by SARS an amount of R 9000 plus, I even got so surpised and resubmitted again now this time it said R -31000 plus and I need to submit prove to SARS which I did to my surpise I had to go to Vereeniging branch to lodge a dispute ***, which the consultant realized that the person who worked on my account said R9000 - R720 =R8280 SARS must now pay me, which is now totally wrong because she failed to consider my kilometer and medical aid. still waiting for them with no answers or is this how the rob poor SA?
