EMP501 not printing out of EFilling and no result phoning the call centre

I am just wondering if any one else is having problems printing EMP501 out of Efilling. I have phoned twice with no results. The problem is that I need to submit the EMP501 to the Labour Department to get my Compensation Certificated but that is now on hold until SARS sort out the EMP501 on Efiling.
