Efilling app not helpful

I logged a problem in logging in to efiling on 18/07/25. I was advised I would receive a call with in 72hrs (as per the SLA). Today (26/07/25) haven't received any assistance. Instead, after numerous call, I would be told that the matter is still going to be attended to. This is very frustrating. Why ask people to use the efiling app yet theybdon't get assistance when they experience problems to logging in.
