eFiling users using my Email

Greetings<br> <br> I registered my E-mail address as [Email Removed] on eFiling for all my correspondence to SARS but it seems like i get tons of other users who uses my same Email address. <br> My Email address is my surname i.e. (Makhanya) so most people with this surname uses my Email when registering on efiling for their returns and all queries they do on eFiling come to my Email inbox.<br> Currently i have 332 Emails from SARS and it's hard to trace the one's that belongs to me.<br> <br> I wanted to find out if SARS can't create a link when registering to be sent to the users Email to confirm if it's their correct Email when they register.<br> <br> I've been calling SARS but conts cant resolve my issue.
