Efiling fiasco

I have been trying to register for eFiling for the better part of two months, as I type this I have been put on hold for almost 20 minutes by one of your agents who can't answer my questions (it's 15:18 on the 27th August).<br> <br> I have been told completely different information on at least 3 separate occasions, your website only works as it should using one of the least secure web browsers available and there is a distinct lack of information on the website itself.<br> <br> It seems like it may be easier to just not pay taxes at this rate!
