Efiling App not working nor anything else

<p>Ok so again this year I tried efiling this time on my cell ... app won't recognise my user name or password there is no way to request a new one so went on pc still would not let me in tried faxing a letter thru the fax says welcome to sars this number is currently unavailable tried emailing the emails bounce back tried calling was left with a reference number only could not get thru to an agent .... I bet no one calls me back either ... but I'm sure you guys will gladly fine me R250 if it's not filed in time ... I want a call please ... ***</p>
