eFiling and Password retrieval

I don't even know where to start, the website password retrieving system is not working, that 0800 number is useless, Chat is not working, finally when you decide to request callback they will tell you you're number 87 ...this happened 2 weeks ago, and when we not submitting our returns they will change us penalties
