Efiling

<p>its been two concergative years now since i have been submitting my tax returns via e-filling to SARS, they have been declining my payments and in return they ask me to sumbit my supporting documents which i always do. The thing that puzzles me most is that when they respond to my account they tell me that they dont owe me anything but instead i am always the one to pay them. </p> <p>If their system is wrong why do we have to submit via e-filling? they are well aware that the e-filling system is different to what they are using to help us with the tax returns, because it looks like after i have submitted for auditing the system comes back with a different answer.</p> <p>after auditting i dont get any references or explanaitions to why or what has happend to my account that is living me with no choice but to pay back SARS what they actually supposed to be paying me. e.g. this year again i submitted my tax returns and their ITA34 (ORIGINAL ASSESSMENT) came back with this figure (R-43651.42) and after i was asked to submit surppoting documents which i did and a few days later i received an e-mail from SARS ITA34 (ADDITIONAL ASSESSMENT) thatcame back with a different figure (R44015.71).</p> <p>can i please get a clarity in all that i have mentioned</p> <p> </p> <p>Thank you....</p>
