EFFICIENT, SWIFT, PROFESSIONAL SERVICE AT SARS PMB

I went to the SARS office in PMB a few days ago, just after new year. It was relatively busy and felt dismayed. I was pleasantly surprised to find the queue moving along quite swiftly, given the waiting times. I was helped by a polite gentleman, Leonard Hedder. I explained I had experienced problems receiving communications in the past. He was efficient and thorough; it was clear, he knew his job very well. All the staff were very professional and friendly.
