Efficient service at branch

Had a pleasant experience at the Cape Town Long street branch today. I needed to process a personal tax return, ITR12, for another person. Calling the call centre, I was informed that I'd need to get the other person to fill out a Special Power of Attorney (SPPOA) form from the website, and take it in person to a branch, along with certified copies of the other person's and my ID's.<br> <br> Took a total of about 20 minutes in the branch to complete. The lady who helped me was friendly. She completed the two tax returns for the last two years for the person I'm representing, although I was informed that I'd have to come back with the other person to complete the e-Filing registration (need Fica documents).<br> <br> The ticketing system worked very well, although the American accent is a bit silly. Branch wasn't too busy, due to efficient staff I think.
