Efficient and Excellent customer Services

My name is Rebecca Molefe and my SARS case number is, *** and in need of all SARS executive members, managers and staff to congratulate a hard working and highly efficient lady called Thabitha OldJohn at Bara Soweto branch, Operations Department (Counter No. 3). I was transferred to and from by other staff members from this branch for requested IRP5 (Tax year 2012 - 2013) from my previous employer up until my prayers were answered when I received a very warm assistance from this lady with clear and concise communication skills. As I sit there at the branch waiting patiently for the received number to be called out, another gentleman and I began discussing how Thabitha is an excellent team player or rather how every one around the seats wished to be assisted by her because she knows how to handle queries / complains in a highly pleasant and polite manner. I believe she deserves an incentive / promotion for all her flexibility and adaptability to jungle a range of different queries. She has an excellent independent problem solving skills, highly organised and detail orientated with excellent time management and work scheduling skills. THANK YOU THABITHA!!!
