****ed off client!!!!

my personal returns were taken for audit and they told me that it would take 21 days to finalize, it is now two weeks after the 21 days and i still haven't received any feedback, when i call i'm always told that the case is escalated however there is no feedback and there IS a refund due to me!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
