EASYFILE

Every year we have the same problem 2x per year. Easyfile needs to be updated but it wont update then you have to delete the whole program after speaking to an uneducated call centre agent and reinstall. the reinstallation takes days of trying This is ridiculous that any program has to be so faulty the staff is allready over extended and now have to wste time with things SARS demands must be in on time
