E-filing

Submitted my tax returns in early August 2015 via e filing and it has been a total disaster so far. Document uploads not showing up on SARS side and I have had to go into the branch 3 times to submit same documents because of the *********** personal uploading documents to wrong files. I have corresponded with SARS via phone on at least 8 occasions and unfortunately they are not much help because there is limited connection between service centre personal and the auditing department.<br> Every time you submit a document, SARS states it will take 30 working days to resolve which I find unacceptable especially if it is due to SARS incompetence, I have submitted the same documents three different times, once via e filing and twice in person at the Roodepoort office, Village Shopping Centre. This has been a two month ordeal and still I do not know where I stand with my claim.
