Don't even know why I owe SARS

To be honest i realy dont know where to start as i have to pay SARS the money that i received last year when i did my returns, when i quiry this i ws told that i wasn't supposed to do the my returns for last year this year, how do i just ignore it when the system keeps on asking me to do my returns for 2023. I requsted a dispute and was rejected, the consultants are also not helpful at all not interested in assisting.
