Dont do a call back request if your based in PTA

The call centre staff at the Pretoria call back branch are all useless,*** None of them know what they are doing they try to get off the line as quick as possible .They are not eager to help or investigate and do not have sufficient knowlege of what they supposed to do.THEY GIVE YOU THE WRONG INFORMATION .I asked 5 diffrently consultants 1 question in which they all had diffrent answers.Hopeless!!!!!!
