Don't care attitude Pumza!!!!

Don't care attitude Pumza from Sars she has a attitude problem and should learn to show value to people that call for assistance,Iv spoken to other people who were able to assist in an alternative number however pumza tried nothing to help me instead just showed no value to me as a tax payer!!!!!!When I asked to speak to someone else she told me that she cant do that this matter needs to be taken up with ASAP !!!!!!
