Doesn't even deserve one star

If I could give zero I would. I've tried contacting SARS through ALL of their 'available' methods, including waiting for someone to call me back. Finally I waited on a call for over an hour from 300 something in line to number 1 and then the call just ended. The service is so bad it's gag worthy.
