DO YOUR JOB SARS!!!! FFS

SARS - how is it possible that there are that many *********** people working for the same organisation! Is the ability to not even think for yourself a pre-requisite for the interview? I have over 60 Reference Numbers, I have written 13 letters, I have lodged 15 objections, I have called in and spoken to agents in excess of 40 times. I have had 2 telephonic appointments and a face to face appointment at the branch, ALL of that for nothing! SARS went back for NO GOOD REASON, NONE AT ALL to reassess my 2011 return in 2019 and captured the wrong amounts, I have my IRP5, and what is on the system now and what is on my IRP5 are completely different! They must have been trying to edit someone else's profile and changed mine. I have begged , pleaded, literally cried, actually sobbed on the phone for them to please just fix THEIR mistake. STILL NOTHING!! This is the Pathetic service, that I as a tax payer am forced to pay, I pay their salaries and i get **** in return. I honestly dont know what more i can do, this has been going on for 3 years!!!!
