Do the right thing, Try register for VAT. NO RESPONSE

I registered my business and want to register for VAT. I registered and submitted 3 June 2020. After me following up the whole month, still no answer. If you get upset, the operator kindly puts the phone down in your ear. So, lodge a complaint they said. So I did, after the online application said they will get back to me within 24 hours. 48 hours later, I phoned the complaints department. No one knows about 24 hours, but yes they've received my complaint and it is at the branch. A week and a half further, still no answer. I still phone daily. This is utter nonsense! Why even try to do the right thing? Why bother to register? Everything else in this country is done *******ly anyway! Almost 2 months now and I am loosing business in these trying times!!! All thanks to SARS!!!!!!!
