do not get my payment back

I send in my documentation with new banking details copy of bank card and statement to proof it is my account. I do not get my payment back. I cannot go to there offices it is far do not have transport and cannot get of work. This is bad service. I do not delay to pay sars when it get taken from my salary. Service is bad and poor . Payment takes longer than 7 days
