Dissatisfied Tax Payer

I have submitted all required documents for auditing purposes on the 13th of August 2020. Was informed it will take 21 working days which I patiently waited to end whereby after the 21 days nothing has even been done on my submission. Still not finalized. Query have been escalated twice already with no feedback
