Dissapointment with rightfully owed tax returns

VERY DISSATISFIED with the service received from SARS. I submitted my tax claim last year on time and within the period that i was allowed to. I am owed over R6000 from them and everytime i get through to the helpline after waiting 20min all answer i receive is that the issue will be escalated the issue has been escalated ten times now and nothing has been done. VERY DISSAPOINTED as SARS is supposed to be the only government service that actually works but i cant even get my tax return which i am rightfully owed. That money will make a massive difference in my life but i cant get it because of the incompetence shown by the people working there. Very dissapointing.
