DISSAPOINTING service

I cant believe how badly SARS has deteriorated in the past year. Theyve spent loads of money upgrading systems to get our money but when it comes to refunding whats due to us they will send you from pillar to post. Its been 2 months now that Ive been waiting for a refund and everytime they give you one excuse or the other. This is shameful honestly. Its bad enough theyre already taking so much, they dont even want to give back our cents. You hold for hours just to get through, only for them to cut your call, if you do get through to a human they are hardly helpful and tell you about escalations which doesn't seem like they actually do.
