Dispute

I am doing another follow-up on the dispute I placed last year on the 9th of November and since I have not been attended too. It came to my attention that the dispute department only last worked on my dispute on the 23rd of November 2022 till today. There has been no communication from SARS dispute department, I have done 2 follow ups already and still nothing. Please assist with this request.
