DISPLEASED!!!

I did everything to complete the tax return yet I came nowhere with sars and that too much money to loose just like that now had to pay someone to do it for me and I'm just overall disappointed in the service, the communication and the laziness of the employees working their you always struggle to get ahold of sars when dialing them or emailing them and when they eventually do answer the phone you can't hear a thing that's being said or they're just rude just like the whole government SA is just falling into a pit with all these bad services, rudeness, tardiness seems like everyone working for the government is doing it for the money and not the love of the country or it's people even the sassa grants department is as bad as sars I do hope that service and communication will be better and this gets sorted out because no one is writing good reviews about this countries services it's a not recommended company that tells us enough to see how far our country has fallen overall I'm displeased and unhappy with everything do try to be better
