Dishonouring of scheduled Appointment and no assistance from call centre

case number - *** - Date - 12 September 2024 i waited firstly for my scheduled appointment for 9H30. SARS official did not call me. I had logged into the system ready to discuss my returns but unfortunately no call was received.

case number - *** Date - 12 September 2024 Thereafter I called the call centre - ***and waited on the line to speak to the consultant for 25 minutes. I was cut off with no assistance.
