Disgustingly poor Call Centre service

Absolutely disgusting lack of service through SARS toll free contact line. I have been trying desperately to get through all morning to resolve an issue relating to my tax returns, but am made to wait for an eternity n the line, only to arrive at the front of the queue and have the line go dead. What appalling and disgraceful service from the national tax service.
