Disgusting service from SARS call center

On the 29th of July 2021 I called SARS as the branches are closed. After waiting on the line for 1 hour and 36 minutes the call was answered by a SARS consultant name Dineo Doshilo. She was so arrogant and rude . She literally told me to change my attitude after I gave the required details. I am appalled at the level of service that I received from SARS .
