Disgusting Service from Mmusi rethabile and her TM Xoliswa..***

It's been almost 2 months waiting for my pay out from SARS , I was told 21 days , the 21 days has passes last month its almost the 21st of September as no one has paid me out or called me back as requested, I called Sars call center and spoke to Mmusi rethabile, Xoliswa is her TM who the matter was escelatrd to im still waiting for her call, none of the advisors knows what happenening on my peofile and what Docs I needed to send but i keep getting a mail requesting me to send Docs that i submitted on the 21 July, your service is pathetic, disgustingly so, no sense of Urgency ...Last ref *** I spoke to a few advisors before that who promised me the mater was escelated but still nothing from your side. When u take money DIRECTLY from our employers even before they pay US , you don't have problems, we don't want this problems either.
