Disgusting service

I have waited on the line for 57 minutes. To be assisted the lady hung up on me after being on the phone with her for not even 3 minutes because it's home time and how dare I phone. I have waited for 3 weeks for my tax refund and received an email saying this was all concluded last week and that I'd be paid out within 72 working hours I was simply following up and she hung up on me because forbid I take up her time 🤬
