disgusting service

<p>i called ********** 277 number to ask few qustions as i will be registaring for the first time for e-filling.</p> <p>I cant re-call who i spoke to as it was a returned call.</p> <p>I asked question as they arrise and I was told what i am asking is not what i said i want when she picked up.</p> <p>she was becomingh chickyI then calmly asked her to transfer me to some who can help me as she is unable.</p> <p>She told me she will not transfer me I have to call back and i said ohk may I please have your name and she dropped the call.</p> <p> </p> <p>Not only am I still lefty with questions but i am annoyed with how the call was handled. customer service requires someone who can help and its truly disgustingro know i now have to call back and speak to people who dont care.</p> <p>I need this to be handle as I will not accpet taht kind of disrespect especially when its not provoked.</p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
