DISGUSTING SERVICE!!!!!!!!!!!!

<p>SARS is absolutely useless!!!! You need to register online for e-filing, then you need to fax a summary of your registration (who even deals with faxes anymore and how is this an online registration?) and then you need to submit documentation. You call the Customer Service number to find out what needs to be submitted and you get half assed information. They also DO NOT tell you that you only have 2 days to fax and submit the documentation, then your account will be de-registered. Faxing costs money, as most places do not use faxes anymore. I have been trying to register since September 2015 without success, yet I am being penalised for not submitting. THIS IS SHOCKING!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! How am I suppose to submit a return???????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????</p>
