Disgusting Service

<p>I received such disgusting service from SARS's employee Ndalo Msomi... He was extremely rude and arrogant over the phone... I asked his Ops Manager Prudence to listen to our conversation because from my point of view (Ops Manager myself) he needs urgent coaching... I wish I could play that call to the whole world, I'm really disgusted by SARS</p>
