Disgusting service

After being requested to submit various documents for previous tax years, 2017,2019 and 2021 I was told that the 2019 and 2021 were going for audit This was resolved and letters sent saying that the audit was completed with no change 2017 was accepted with no audit On calling SARS on Monday I was told 2019 was still in audit On Monday night got an SMS to say was complete. When calling on Wednesday I was told 2017 is still pending. When I told the agent (after waiting for 1 hour and 55 minutes for my call to be answered) that I received a letter with the notification of resolution I was told that it must have been a mistake. I called again on Thursday and asked to speak with the supervisor. I was told that the supervisor would call me back. I am still waiting for feedback. I just feel this is so unfair.
