Disgusting service

If you render a service to someone how can you have such poor attitude, y have people working there with no people skills. I don't understand this. I am really upset as I wanted to sort out just a few Things and I have to deal with people who clearly don't know there job as well as not knowing what social skills are. I am running around for 3days now when all.of this could have been done in a day if someone assisted with the knowledge of there job.
