Disgusting SARS incompetence

Absolute incompetence!! I have re-submitted my supporting documents THREE times and finally I received a call back after submitting a request for call back NINE times, only to be told by the call centre that she cannot help me and there are a lot of documents in my file. SARS has added an extra R48000 income which they cannot explain where they got that amount from and are now demanding that I pay tax!! According to this consultant only an auditor can answer my questions - but i cannot speak to them!! Please explain to me HOW the hell am I supposed to communicate with an organization that cannot open the very supporting documents that THEY requested and rectify their mistakes
