DISGUSTING

Disgusting Call Centre Agent , I Have issues uploading my documents on the efiling , she first told asked me about my browser version - i asked her where do i check that (SHE DOESN"T KNOW) - i then checked I am using the latest google chrome -the agent then told me to hold for 2 to 3 minutes and she will get someone who will be able to fix this - I HELD THE LINE FOR A STRAIGHT 40MINUTES - still no assistance - someone who doesn't know customer service shouldn't be dealing with customers! my case number - ***
