Disgusted with delay on refund

I've been waiting for my refund which was finalized almost 3weeks ago, then they need proof of banking details plus I had to take a picture of myself holding my ID and a paper with a case number on, felt like a ******** , and after all that , im still waiting for my refund. it doesn't take 3weeks for verification of banking details. this us absolutely disgusting cause I pay taxes , fo everything by law and SARS treats us like this. absolutely disgusting. yoh can't even get hold of anyone on the customer service , they font even answer. pathetic.
