DISGRACEFULL SARS

i submited my tax return for 2018 on the 12 july....it was then sent for auditing on the 25th....i was told to wait 21 working days which i have patently done...once the timescale passed i called and it was escalated....it is a week later and still no one can tell me when ill be getting my refund....this is so ironic everymonth i have to pay a hell of alota of tax but its time for me 2 get money back no one is willing to help....maybe if my surname was "GUPTA" i would have had my refund by now
