DISAPPOINTMENT

What can i say about SARS, there no care attitude is getting old now.Their quality of service and lack of interest is by far the most annoying.Their managers also speak to their customers like they are inferior. The more you phone the worse their attitude is.The only thing you can do is wait, although if the shoe was on the other foot, i wouldn't be writing this comment as SARS would be hunting me down for payment.I just feel very disappointed in the callous attitudes.All I get is "I don't know you must just wait" .What wonderful customer service you have.If you don't know how must I?Well done SARS for your speedy and quality service,.
