Disappointing

<p>I am so angry and disappointed at the service I received from SARS its so easy for tax to be deducted from our salaries but we ask for assistance and it takes forever to get proper help. I called in the morning at 8.40am to ask for my statement of account and a guy said he will send it and an hour later he still hadnt sent it to me. I called again an hour later and poke to a VERY RUDE Mint Deno she also said she will send it 2hours later I still havent received it. This is very important to me and here is SARS taking their own time. I am truly shocked and disappointed for this service that we pay for.</p>
