Disappointed with sars

Goodday I need help,I have a case with Sars someone dd ***** with my name dd refund at Sars,nw I'm garnished by Sars I open case in June but my case still they haven't attended it.i need help bcz they haven't stop taking money on my salary and I don't knw nothing about refund and the account its not even mine.
