DINAH MOLOKEKI IS AN AWFUL AGENT.

I spoke to a lady called Dinah on the 15th August 2022, who was so harsh in speaking to me (please pull that call) yho I was so shocked at the service she gave me... Later refused to give me her full name in order for me to log a complaint about her, she gave me the case no of which I am not positive if it is legit or not.

The level of arrogance and rudeness I was met with was unmatched and I would like an investigation done there because that cannot be the quality of your agents., I made the call to her and held on the line from 10:07 and finished at 11:30. I later learned that her name is Dinah Molokeki.
