Difficult ot contact SARS

Send an email to SARS with my query to which they rep**** that I should phone them. Why can't they phone me is they cannot resolve the query by email. Trying the SARS Call Me I am told they are too busy to help I should try again. This is unacceptable, come on SARS, you should do better if you want me to pay my tax.
